This role’s mission is to enhance the educational journey of our students by providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Responding to student enquiries through the Access and Partner Pack inboxes within the agreed SLA.
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of students’ enrolment history via Salesforce before formulating responses or advising students/clients.
  • Generating opportunities, Salesforce contracts and orders for subscription products and assisting with reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to assist in renewal of agreements.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • You have 2+ years\' experience in a customer service role.
  • Education industry experience, desired but not essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in student management systems, learning management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong logical thinking skills which lead to a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and student focus.
  • Day Shift availability (6 AM–3 PM PH Time) for a Work-from-home setup.
