Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Research technical accounting issues for compliance Support month-end and year-end close process Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Additional controller duties as necessary Qualifications Familiarity with project cost accounting and project cost analysis and reporting (EAC/ETC reports) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and forecasting Solid understanding of financial function processes and ability to document procedures, policies and processes Solid understanding of financial regulations and legislation (Australian) Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to lead and manage a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines High level of integrity and professionalism Strong financial reporting and analysis skills Work Location Hybrid Set-up (Eastwood/Alabang) You are only required to report in the office 10x per month Working Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM Manila time By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
