Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Additional controller duties as necessary
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with project cost accounting and project cost analysis and reporting (EAC/ETC reports)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role
  • Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of financial function processes and ability to document procedures, policies and processes
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and legislation (Australian)
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
Work Location
  • Hybrid Set-up (Eastwood/Alabang)
  • You are only required to report in the office 10x per month
Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00AM to 5:00PM Manila time
