Role Overview As the Financial Controller, you will plan, design, and coordinate the implementation of sound accounting and financial management and control systems across all operational areas, ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial laws. Responsibilities Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Work alongside the PH Lead to forecast costs and revenues and with the in-house accountant to manage tax payments. Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Analyze financial trends and conduct risk analysis. Manage Finance Team projects and direct financial strategy, planning, and forecasts in coordination with PH Lead, CCO, and department heads. Support on-site operations at IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred, or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accountancy. Minimum of 2 years as a Financial Controller or relevant role in a foreign-owned company, shared service, or outsourcing business. 10 cumulative years of experience in finance and accounting. Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software (Xero, SAP, etc.). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Service-oriented attitude. Ability to coach, develop, and mentor staff members. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced business. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Willingness to work on-site at IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao. Benefits / Additional Information 2-week paid holiday break. Paid AU holidays and double pay for working on holidays.
