On-site - Quezon City 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The controller will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and ensure the organization meets its financial objectives. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts. Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted figures. Work with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets. Accounting & Compliance Supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of tax filings. Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure the organization’s financial health. Prepare cash flow projections and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Conduct performance analysis on key financial metrics such as profitability, cost control, and return on investment. Assist senior management with business strategy and operational decisions. Team Management Lead and manage the finance and accounting team. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within every department. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus). Experience: 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks), Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
