Responsibilities

  • Managing the Chairman's calendars and schedules
  • Answering or screening emails, calls, and in-person appointments
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries, and supporting executives in completing expense reports.
  • Serving as a liaison, coordinating with schools for company programs
  • Assist the Business Development Department in marketing our services to different clients.
  • Handle confidential information, internal dynamics, and sensitive decisions with absolute discretion.
  • Execute team events, prepare meeting materials, capture minutes, and organize events and engagements to ensure professional execution and follow-through.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in any Business-related course
  • With 2-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Autonomous, multi-tasking capabilities & strict confidentiality
  • Complex problem-solving capacity- stress resilience, empathy-assertiveness & autonomy.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications
  • Ability to work efficiently, think clearly, and solve tasks accurately under pressure.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
