About the Position We are looking for a hands-on SEO & Content Manager (Remote – Philippines) to execute key digital marketing tasks across global markets. This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of practical experience in SEO implementation, content creation (including email marketing), and performance reporting. You will focus on executing tasks rather than developing strategy and work closely with leadership and other teams to support content production, grow organic traffic, and deliver performance insights. Key Responsibilities SEO & Website Optimization Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks to support organic traffic growth Email Content Creation Create content for email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, B2C/B2B) Manage segmentation and personalization to improve engagement Content & Collaboration Support Write and edit marketing materials including guides, brochures, and website content Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging Assist with content planning and publication calendars Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key marketing metrics (SEO, email, website traffic, social media) Provide performance insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel Monitor paid campaign results (run by external teams) and share key insights Social Media Support Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Assist with monitoring engagement and community interactions Qualifications & Work Experience 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, email content creation, and reporting Ability to execute marketing tasks independently Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel Excellent written communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Working Days & Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CEST) Fully remote position What We Offer A full-time contract Competitive remuneration package Work in a global team Generous annual leave A company culture that values loyalty, hard work, dedication, high performance, and work-life balance Opportunities for growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
