The Property Specialist is an independent contractor role responsible for promoting and selling Empire East properties through online and offline channels. This position is ideal for self-driven individuals who want to maximize their earnings through high commissions and incentives while enjoying the flexibility of managing their own time and strategies. Earnings & Incentive Commission-based earnings: 3% to 3.5% per closed sale. Cash incentives for every sale closed with complete requirements. Unlimited earning potential based on performance. Key Responsibilities Research and apply effective sales strategies suited for online selling and work-from-home setups. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving sales approaches. Execute and evaluate sales strategies to ensure consistent productivity and achievement of sales quotas. Promote Empire East projects through personal websites and social media accounts. Attend company-initiated online sales activities, including POSE assignments and virtual events. Conduct both in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential buyers. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including deal closing and reservation assistance. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client interactions, and engagement activities. Perform consistent follow-ups to update clients and nurture prospects. Address buyer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to assist clients with payment processing and documentation. Provide after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction until unit turnover and title release. Qualifications: Graduate of any four-year course (open to fresh graduates and career shifters). With or without sales experience (real estate sales experience is an advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in digital platforms and social media marketing. Goal-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid or remote setup.
