The Program Governance is responsible for overseeing the strategic demand-to-build (D2B) plan and life cycle management within the organization. This role involves orchestrating and facilitating processes to ensure smooth execution of projects, maintaining stakeholder relationships, providing strategic recommendations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Program Governance Manager acts as a key liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment of priorities and feasibility of deployment to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
  • The role ensures that projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. It focuses on meeting key targets, customer requirements, and company goals. Manages programs, tracks progress, and collaborates with different teams and partners.
  • Handles reports, checks data quality, and ensures key targets are met. Requires knowledge of budget planning and field operations to support smooth implementation. Solves problems, handles urgent issues, and supports special projects.
  • Builds strong relationships and engagement with external partners, clients, and vendors to achieve shared goals. Supports digital tools, new ideas, and cross-team collaboration to drive better results.
Qualifications (implied from description)
  • Experience in program governance or related project management roles.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
