What the role will entail Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals, including governance and digital transformation initiatives. Oversee end-to-end processing of corporate loans, trade finance, and treasury transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, BSP, ICC) and strengthen internal controls and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service and drive operational excellence. Serve as key liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on operational matters. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support talent development and succession planning to build long-term organizational capability.
