Job Description Zainith Agency is looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our team remotely. While this position is remote, our headquarters is in New York City, USA. IMPORTANT: Applications from candidates who are not fluent in English or do not have proven TikTok Shop knowledge will be immediately disqualified. The Account Manager will operate as the lead on assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring their TikTok Shop accounts are performing at the highest level. Responsibilities Set up and maintain client TikTok Shop Seller Central accounts Address client issues, respond to questions, and take meetings as needed Manage overall shop performance, including account suspensions, violation points, and affiliate requests Set up and manage TikTok Ads Manager campaigns Reach out to affiliates and support client growth strategies Oversee customer account management, including regular updates and meetings with clients Handle account issues such as suspensions and violations Approve affiliate sample requests and coordinate affiliate outreach Ensure client success and proactively resolve challenges Requirements Must have proven experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Central, Ads Manager, affiliates, etc) Fluency in English (written and spoken at a professional level) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple client accounts with sharp attention to detail Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives Reliable high-speed internet connection that supports live video meetings with screen sharing Must be willing to work US regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time) Benefits Paid time off Flexible health insurance subsidy Employee perks and ongoing professional development Location Remote – headquartered in New York City, USA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
