From fashionable shower caps to our viral towel scrunchies, we aim to evolve your everyday essentials.We believe that everyone should feel confident when purchasing our products no matter your hair type, style or budget.About The RoleKITSCH is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing TikTok Affiliate Marketing Campaigns, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform. Also, he/she will work closely with internal teams to craft strategies, manage affiliate performance, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.What will be your responsibilities?Affiliate Program Management Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners Campaign Strategy & Optimization Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales) to optimize efforts and deliver results Provide insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase ROI Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Sales) to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok Campaigns Data-Driven Reporting Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements (disclosure, branding, etc.) Stay updated with TikTok’s evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends What are we looking for in you?Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms) Managing Affiliate Partnerships and Influencer Relationships at Scale Required Skills Understanding of TikTok’s Platform and Trends (including how to Leverage Influencers for Affiliate Marketing) Ability to Analyze Data and make informed decisions based on Key Metrics Affiliate Marketing Tools and Platforms (Impact, ShareASale or similar) Stakeholder Management Passion for staying ahead of Trends in Digital Marketing and Social Media Soft Skills Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Relationships Skills Organizational Skills (to manage Multiple Campaigns simultaneously) Creative Thinker About The OfferLocation: Philippines, India, Europe, LatAm Type of Contract: Full-Time Permanent Role (Contractor Agreement) Modality: Remote Competitive Pay: $1.200 (USD - Monthly) A dynamic team An open mind for new ideas Growth… growth and some more growth Do you want to be part of our team?
