Sales Talent Acquisition and Retention Associate Elevate your career with growth and opportunities as we build futures with you Be one of our Broker Managers What You’ll Do: Build Connections: Promote and lead in marketing, and selling all of Federal Land’s properties through advertisements and other initiatives. Achieve monthly and semestral sales quota as required within the duration of the contract. Lead and Inspire: Coach and motivate a team of brokers to create a highly motivated, engaged, and energized sales atmosphere to help them translate leads into sales. Expand the Network: Identify and recruit top talent to join our growing network of brokers. Performance: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance broker performance. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and stakeholders. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our network competitive. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate with proven customer service experience. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Local Insight: Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
