About the Role
As a Broker Support Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our broker partners by ensuring each loan application is thoroughly assessed, accurately packaged, and strategically structured to meet lender policies. You will handle a range of tasks—from evaluating financial documents and conducting servicing calculations to liaising with lenders and workshopping scenarios with BDMs. This role demands a high level of precision, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms, including MyCRM, Apply Online, and various lender tools. Your work will directly contribute to faster approvals and stronger client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process and manage loan applications using My CRM and Apply Online, ensuring accuracy and timely progression through each stage.
- Evaluate income and credit documents (PAYG, self-employed financials, credit reports) to assess borrower eligibility based on Australian lending policies.
- Submit pricing requests, order valuations, and liaise with lenders and third parties to ensure smooth application flow.
- Communicate updates and requirements clearly with brokers and stakeholders throughout the process.
About You
- Extensive experience in Australian mortgage credit assessment, including analysis of tax returns, pay slips, bank statements, and servicing calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, with a consistent track record of producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for coordinating with brokers, banks, and third-party stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry tools and platforms, particularly MyCRM, Apply Online, and lender servicing calculators such as Quickli.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work overtime when required.
