Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous recruitment, activation, and development of qualified licensed real estate brokers
  • Lead and guide brokers and seller partners on client presentations, closing sales deals, and completing sales documents.
  • Provide after sales services with the assistance from Broker Coordinators
  • Planning and implementing strategic initiatives in achieving target sales set by the management

Qualifications

  • With experience in Sales, specifically in Real Estate Industry
  • With Real Estate PRC license
  • Preferably with experience in managerial position
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, Results-driven, and motivated
