As a Logistics Coordinator , you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
  1. Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
  2. Dispatch: Coordinate and assign shipments to carriers and drivers.
  3. Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
  4. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges during the night shift and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
  5. Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports for the day team, highlighting critical incidents and updates.
Minimum Requirements What would help you succeed:

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.

  3. Language: Very good English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.
