  1. Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  2. Brand Management
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Manage content creation for digital, print, and traditional marketing platforms.
    • Oversee social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Events & Promotions
    • Organize promotional activities, events, sponsorships, and trade shows to enhance brand exposure.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
  4. Public Relations & Communication
    • Prepare press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
    • Foster strong relationships with media, partners, and industry networks.
  5. Budget & Reporting
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
    • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities.
