Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Brand Management Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Manage content creation for digital, print, and traditional marketing platforms. Oversee social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Events & Promotions Organize promotional activities, events, sponsorships, and trade shows to enhance brand exposure. Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement. Public Relations & Communication Prepare press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. Foster strong relationships with media, partners, and industry networks. Budget & Reporting Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the CEO. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities.
