Position: Senior Manager Operational Excellence (With Signing Bonus) Industry: BPO Location: Clark Pampanga Postal: 2023 Salary Offer: Php180,000 basic + Php20,000 allowance + Signing Bonus Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Work Set Up: Work onsite Benefits: ✨Government mandated benefits ✨13th Month Pay ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave Credits ✨Sick Leave Credits Job Responsibilities: ✨ Lead and oversee end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across multiple departments. ✨ Identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root cause analyses, and implement sustainable, value-driven process solutions. ✨ Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and quality. ✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and elevate the overall customer experience. ✨ Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess process effectiveness and track improvement outcomes. ✨ Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment of process improvement initiatives with strategic business objectives. ✨ Coach, mentor, and develop a team of process improvement professionals to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. ✨ Prepare and present reports and dashboards that communicate progress, insights, and key success metrics to stakeholders. Job Requirements: ✨ Open for Undergraduates ✨7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus). ✨With experience managing Telco and Media accounts ✨Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage ✨Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up ✨Can start as soon as possible Recruitment process: Online and Face to face ✨Initial interview ✨Final interview ✨Job offer
