Managed Reports Operations Manager

Job Description: A Managed Report Operations Manager is responsible for the operationalization and maintenance of dashboards and recurring reports, consolidating data from various sources into one centralized platform, designing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, and providing a holistic view of the business to enable stakeholders to access relevant information quickly. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data Integration: Prepare business requirements and map them for dashboarding and insighting on new and changing requirements. Dashboard Operationalization and Maintenance: Operationalize dashboards, optimize scripts, and orchestrate data transformations in collaboration with Data Architects and analysts to ensure seamless integration with various data sources (i.e., databases, APIs, sheets, and slides). Leverage data visualization best practices to represent complex data clearly and concisely using charts, graphs, maps, and other visual elements. Manage and ensure timely and regular production and update of dashboards – depending on agreed frequency, timing SLAs, and manage dashboard versioning, update, and change process. Govern and ensure that production dashboard scripts are closed. User Experience Design: Lead development of approved layouts and views via the visualization tool, ensuring they are easy to navigate, responsive, and accessible across devices and platforms. Optimize performance of dashboards/reports for fast loading times and smooth interaction, even with large datasets. Operationalization of Reports and Dashboards: Automate with job scheduling, anomaly detection based on standard DE tools, regular profiling, and cohort analyses to support data storytelling and visual teams in generating insights faster. Stakeholder Management and Knowledge Transfer: Train and support end‑users on how to use dashboards effectively, interpret visualizations, and extract insights to inform decision making. SKILLS Soft: Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented and analytical, ability to conduct validation and data checking of results, strong stakeholder management skills, excellent collaboration skills. Hard: Dashboard creation, data visualization, data pipeline design and optimization, data security and access controls. Programming: Python, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, SQL. BI Tools: Tableau, Looker. Google Suite: Google Sheet, Google Slide, Big Query. HIRING REQUIREMENTS Work Experience: Graduate of Statistics, Math, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in analytics. Level of Knowledge: Strong data management and analytics skills; understanding of end‑to‑end Business Intelligence practice. Programming Expertise: SQL, Python, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake.
