About the role
Join the team at Philippine Toei Chemical Corporation as a QC/QA Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Tanza Cavite and plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and consistency of the company's manufacturing operations. As the QC/QA Supervisor, you will oversee all quality assurance and control activities to uphold the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor product quality at all stages of production

  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances

  • Analyse quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions

  • Train and supervise the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Liaise with production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns

  • Maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports

  • Ensure the company's quality management system is compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards

  • Handle quality issues and implement corrective actions.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Quality Control or Quality Assurance Supervisor in the manufacturing industry

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals

  • Proficient in the use of quality control and data analysis tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards such as IATF 16949:2016 and EMS 14001:2015.

  • Audit experience is a plus.
