About the role

Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., a QA/QC Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of building infrastructure. Introduce and implement strategic and continuous Quality Assurance / Quality Control methodologies and frameworks that will further improve the current and ongoing parameters.

What you'll do
  • Introduce and implement strategic and continuous Quality Assurance / Quality Control methodologies and frameworks that will further improve the current and ongoing parameters.
  • Ensure that the completion of the houses/units are within the established quality parameters.
  • Provide continuous guidance and calibration to the QA/QC engineers in implementing the quality criteria.
  • Regularly meet and align with the Construction Manager to consolidate and plot the units that are subject to QC inspection for the upcoming week.
  • Cascade with the QA/QC engineers to manage the schedule of inspections.
  • Evaluate units endorsed by the QA/QC Engineer to ensure that units are fully ready prior to turnover inspection.
  • Discuss punch list items with QA/QC Engineer.
  • Sign the QC Endorsement Notice.
  • Coordinate with contractors and Turnover Team on the schedule of turnover.
  • Submit summarized reports to Area Technical Head.
  • Issuance of Certificate of Completion to contractors.
  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or any related field
  • With at least four (4) years of related working experience
  • Knowledgeable in commissioning and testing
  • Familiar with Specs and code example NFPA, Plumbing Code of the Philippines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MS Office applications
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
