Job Description:

We’re looking for Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our Global Operations Command Center (GOCC) team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete activities associated with providing the 24/7/365 operations required to maintain Manulife’s infrastructure and IT services by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing events and incidents and completing service requests and BAU tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage
• Assist Developers/Application teams covering 24/7 monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform Site Switches/Org Migrations/Instance Refreshes
• Perform Sandbox and Production system changes such as Salesforce Seasonal Releases and Key Management and Rotation

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• 1-3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Relevant experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Work Arrangement: As part of a 24/7/365 operation, this is an Office based shift role.
• Shift Schedule: Shift patterns are based on 8-hour shifts alternating between morning and night shifts monthly.
• Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and its functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Knowledge in Observability and AIOps tools e.g., Moogsoft.
  • Relevant experience in Service Management Tools e.g., ServiceNow and xMatters.
