Arbour Group is looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to join their client's organization — one of the leading organizations in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award-winning installation partners. The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive efficiency. The position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and user support of our Salesforce environment, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional internal stakeholder support. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our organization's success through Salesforce. Main Tasks: Support new and existing Salesforce users with questions and issues. Gather requirements from internal customers and implement configuration changes, including workflow, approval processes, and custom object implementation. Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards. Document system configurations and administrative processes. Promote best practices in technology, business, and Salesforce adoption. Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a resident of the Philippines. Experience working in a multi-vendor environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is required. Preferred but not required Salesforce certifications include: Advanced Administrator Certification (301) Platform Developer 1 Platform Developer 2 Sales Cloud Consultant Community Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant What's on Offer?
