Overview

Associate Salesforce Administrator role at Manulife, Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. The position offers an opportunity to be part of our Global Operations Command Center (GOCC) team and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our Salesforce infrastructure in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
  • Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce.
  • Assist Developers/Application teams covering 24/7 monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform Site Switches/Org Migrations/Instance Refreshes.
  • Work Arrangement: This is an Office-based shift role as part of a 24/7/365 operation.
  • Shift Schedule: 8-hour shifts alternating between morning, mid-shifts and night shifts monthly.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
  • No specific licenses required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Service Management Tools e.g., ServiceNow and xMatters.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Knowledge in Observability and AIOps tools e.g., Moogsoft.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
