Arbour Group is looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to join their client's organization — one of the leading organizations in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award-winning installation partners.
The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive efficiency. The position will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and user support of the Salesforce environment, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders. This position will also collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities- Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues
- Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation
- Design, develop and test reports and dashboards
- Document system configuration and administrative processes
- Drive technology, business and Salesforce adoption best practices
- Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping & delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu, following US time zones
- Experience in handling a multi-vendor environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is required
- Preferred certifications (not required): Advanced Administrator Certification (301); Platform Developer 1; Platform Developer 2; Sales Cloud Consultant; Community Cloud Consultant; Service Cloud Consultant
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Work in a company with a solid track record of performance
