
HR Specialist/Assistant

Responsibilities
- Submits written reports and memos of erring employees, on time to the immediate head.
- Report and submit necessary documents to DOLE and Government Offices.
- Checks attendance and punctuality and closely coordinates to MDHII assigned coordinator and other related concerns.
- Approves operators' leaves of absence (in coordination with immediate head or supervisor)
- Monitor leave credits of employees.
- Counsels employees to improve work performance.
- Assists in processing employees' clearance to ensure that separating employee is free from any violations before releasing of last pay.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
