This role is fully remote, flexible, and commission‑based — ideal for professionals who value autonomy and results‑based earning. Professional Growth Get ongoing mentorship and learn the business side of recruitment and executive search from industry professionals. What You’ll Do Leverage your existing network from current or past roles to identify and connect with potential clients. Reach out to HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, or business owners who may need recruitment or staffing support. Introduce and present Capacita’s services, or set up discovery meetings for the leadership team. Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, leads, and updates using simple reporting tools. Share client and market insights that can help shape Capacita’s business growth. What This Role Needs: Strong existing professional network that can be leveraged for client introductions or partnerships. Proven background in recruitment, staffing, business development, sales, operations, or lead generation (local or international). Experience working with or supporting clients in Australia, the UK, the US, or the APAC region is highly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and accountable — able to deliver results independently. Can dedicate at least 3–4 hours per day for outreach, lead nurturing, or client follow‑up. Must submit daily end‑of‑day (EOD) reports for alignment and visibility. A critical thinker with very good problem‑solving skills A self‑motivated individual and highly‑driven to achieve results The ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Highly knowledgeable in both MS and Google Suite applications Having access to a conducive workspace, work laptop or PC, headset, a high‑definition webcam and at least 10 mbps of internet speed Why Join Capacita Consultants?
