Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field
  2. At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or call center setting
  3. Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
  4. Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring — from sourcing to job offers
  5. Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  6. Confident in using data and metrics to make recruitment smarter and faster
Competencies and Skills
  1. Strong grasp of hiring strategies, tools, and platforms
  2. Experience with ATS and recruitment technology
  3. Confident communicator and relationship-builder
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  5. Great at coaching and bringing out the best in people
  6. Data-driven and always looking for ways to improve
  7. Creative problem-solver when the talent market gets tough
  8. Results-focused with a “let’s get it done” attitude
Essential Functions
  1. Build and roll out smart, creative hiring strategies to meet hiring targets
  2. Partner with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs
  3. Guide, mentor, and support recruiters to hit their goals (and grow professionally)
  4. Lead the day-to-day recruitment flow — from sourcing to interviews to onboarding
  5. Keep an eye on key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
  6. Bring fresh sourcing ideas to keep our candidate pipeline strong
  7. Run regular team huddles and check-ins to stay aligned and motivated
  8. Analyze trends in the market and our hiring data — and act on them
  9. Make sure we stay compliant with labor laws and internal policies
  10. Share regular updates and insights with the HR Manager
30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
