We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive New Initiatives to support hiring for emerging and high-impact business verticals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment in a startup environment , where agility, ownership, and creative sourcing are key to scaling new projects and teams quickly.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding—for roles across new and evolving business units.
- Lateral Hiring: Focus on mid-level and niche positions, ensuring quality hires for high-growth teams.
- Hiring Targets: Consistently achieve monthly closure goals of 4–10 positions across diverse functions such as product, marketing, operations, and technology.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business heads, hiring managers, and startup leadership to understand dynamic hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
- Market Mapping & Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking) to identify top talent within competitive markets.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate hiring records in ATS/HRMS and provide regular updates on progress, market insights, and hiring trends.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with focus on lateral hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS/HRMS and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market hiring trends.
- Previous experience in startup hiring or scaling teams for new business initiatives.
- Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to work on niche, high-priority roles with quick turnaround times.
