Overview

Human Resources Generalist position with multiple postings in the Philippines. The role supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Generalist ensures alignment with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: manage end-to-end hiring, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with managers, and onboard new hires.
  • Employee Relations: serve as a point of contact for employees, address concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: facilitate orientations, process new hire documentation, and conduct exit processes as needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits: assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.
  • HR Administration and Compliance: maintain employee records, manage timekeeping and attendance, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and prepare HR reports.
  • Performance Management and Training: support performance review processes, identify training needs, coordinate programs, and maintain training records.
  • Policy Implementation: develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
  • HRIS and Data Management: maintain HR information systems, payroll coordination, and generate necessary HR metrics.
  • Health, Safety, and Welfare: assist with safety initiatives and ensure a safe workplace.
  • Miscellaneous: perform other duties as required and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or related role; experience in production/food service is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or HR software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
