D&T Help Desk Analyst – CBRE Asia Pacific Job ID: Posted: 03-Nov-2025 Service line: Corporate Segment Role type: Full-time Areas of Interest: Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s): Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines About the Role As a CBRE Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for answering and documenting basic help desk calls related to specific software applications. This position is part of the D&T Support job function, providing technical support and solutions to internal users. Responsibilities Provide end‑user support for specific software applications. Assist with simple hardware issues. Create new users and update user security access. Review servers and users to ensure systems are operational. Inform management of general operational problems. Assist with conducting system maintenance on the network. Ensure software documentation is up to date. Apply standard principles with limited practical experience. Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience analyzing information and standard practices for judgment. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
