- Relevant experience in L1 Service Desk Analyst with a strong customer interaction experience
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent ability to learn and articulate technical concepts.
- Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Orientation
- Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers.
- Ability to empathise with customers and convey confidence.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering (or related technical discipline)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
