Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for an HR Generalist (Payroll). The HR Generalist will be responsible for payroll processing, maintaining HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting overall HR management. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support in various human resources functions.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HR policies
  • Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Job Responsibilities
  • Administer end to end local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC and HDMF, sickness, maternity etc)
  • Handling the social benefits of employees
  • Handling employees contracts, job offers, 201 files and other documents such as Certificate of Employment, R1A, CSF, and the likes
  • Being company representative in government agencies
  • Provided payroll information by answering questions and request
  • Process calculating final pay of the separated employees
  • Provides payroll reports to be submitted to Finance Department every after payroll releasing
  • Handling employee discipline and government compliance
  • Familiar with labor laws and income taxation
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
