REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Science Technology, Food Technology or equivalent. Willing to be in field for client presentation as requested. Has the ability to identify market potential of qualified accounts. Accomplishes mission by completing related tasks/results as needed. Team Player Full Time Position(s) available. JOB DESCRIPTION Function as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and execute Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients Forecast and track account metrics Recognize and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed Utilize contract negotiating expertise in assigned accounts Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time #J-18808-Ljbffr
