Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance with agreements. Build long-term, value-generating relationships with customers to drive increased sales and margins. Oversee supply chain aspects for key accounts, including product inventory, stock aging analysis, and timely stock liquidation. Partner with logistics and support teams to ensure smooth contract execution, inventory management, and resolution of issues related to stock, rejections, debtors, and payables. Represent the company at external events, such as trade fairs, to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 10+ years of experience in key account management and B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, Strong leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good commercial acumen and ability to stay on top of the market on consumers' trends Excellent customer relationship management
