Overview Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer (Quezon City) About Security Bank We are the Philippines’ largest independent bank, having won awards over the years including Bank of the Year – Philippines by The Banker. The Role As a Customer Advisor , you will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products and services, and managing of an account portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process the opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-over/renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements for all SBC products. You will ensure on-time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the Bank’s service standards. How You Will Contribute Identifies customer's needs, maintains and nurtures relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling other bank products and services, and formulation of strategies to increase dealings with the Bank Assists walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs Manages/attends to customers’ complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager (BCM) and/or concerned units to ensure resolution and client satisfaction Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests in accordance with Bank policies and procedures to ensure service delivery within standards Acts as a primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and conducts end-of-day cash verification in accordance with Bank policies What We\'re Looking For Graduate of any Bachelor\'s Degree program At least 1 year of branch banking experience, preferably handling new account transactions Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework Seniorities and Employment Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service Industries: Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
