Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Media Planning & Buying) Work arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) About the Client A leading global financial institution with a strong European foundation, serving over 40 million clients across more than 38 countries. About the Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving brand visibility, online engagement, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing both paid and organic digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with creative and media agencies, and overseeing the successful launch of digital assets, including a new company website. This role combines strategic marketing execution with data‑driven insights, ensuring that every campaign contributes to brand growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Social Media Marketing: Manage and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement metrics, and develop creative content strategies that resonate with target audiences. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze digital performance data; generate actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and audience engagement. Agency Collaboration: Work closely with external advertising and digital agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and KPIs. Internal & External Communications: Partner with internal stakeholders and manage external communications to strengthen brand identity and message consistency. Website Launch & Management: Support and coordinate the launch of the company’s website, ensuring a seamless rollout and alignment with marketing goals. Administrative Support: Handle light administrative work (approximately 20% of the role) related to campaign reporting, documentation, and coordination. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in advertising agency, retail, or FMCG industries. Proven track record in paid media, organic growth strategies, and campaign analytics. Experience working with creative or media agencies and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
