Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and paid media efforts across multiple brands. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities: Develop and lead multi-channel paid media strategies (Search, Social, Programmatic). Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools. Manage day-to-day operations of performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR). Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, E-commerce, Analytics) to align goals and execute cohesive campaigns. Mentor and manage junior team members to deliver high-quality campaign execution. Continuously identify opportunities to test new channels, creatives, and strategies for better results. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, planning or growth marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads. Familiar with programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk (a plus). Data-driven mindset; highly analytical with strong Excel or dashboarding skills. Deep understanding of paid media KPIs, budget pacing, and attribution modeling. Experience in fast-moving industries like e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Experience with CPAS campaigns or collaborative commerce advertising solutions. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Lazada/Shopee seller tools. Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and results.
