Overview Partipost Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our growing finance team in the Philippines. You will work closely with the FAT Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations. This is an ideal role for someone early in their finance career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and develop a broad understanding of finance in a scaling business. Responsibilities Finance Operations Assist in daily finance operations including: Data entry and posting of journal entries Accounts payable and receivable tracking Bank reconciliation and expense claims Invoice issuance and monitoring Help maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations Monitor and prepare reports on cash flow and petty cash transactions Revenue & Reporting Support Assist in tracking and recording campaign-based, affiliate, and SaaS revenue Help maintain schedules for deferred and unbilled revenue Support preparation of internal reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) for review by Finance Manager Audit & Compliance Assistance Support the Finance Manager in audit preparation Responding to auditor requests Ensuring timely delivery of required information Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, payroll taxes) Help ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations Team & Process Development Help document internal finance processes and standard operating procedures Collaborate with other departments (HR, Operations, Sales) to collect financial data Suggest improvements in financial workflows and internal controls Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internship experience may be considered) Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in the Philippines Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning mindset Good communication skills in English and Filipino Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Employment details Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries : Technology, Information and Internet, Marketing Services, and Internet Marketplace Platforms Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Partipost by 2x Get notified about new Finance Executive jobs in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
