You'll support the launch and optimization of impactful campaigns that bring our offerings to life for millions of Filipinos.As our Junior Campaign Manager, you'll be involved in the end-to-end process of campaign execution across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective performance tracking.Responsibilities* **Campaign coordination** assist in end-to-end campaign execution, from creative handoffs to go-live checklists* **Merchant collaboration** coordinate with Merchant Account Managers to align on joint promotions and featured merchant offers* **Asset & content alignment** work with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and compelling* **Performance tracking** monitor results and help prepare post-campaign analysis to measure impact* **Calendar support** help maintain our marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns go out on time and in sync with broader plans* **QA & testing** support A/B tests, language variants, and message rendering across channels* **Documentation** maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortem reports to keep the team alignedQualifications* **Experience** 1 to 2 years in fintech or e-commerce industry* **Education** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field* **Mindset** proactive, eager to learn, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done* Strong organizational skills & attention to detail* Proficient in Adobe Suite & Canva* Basic HTML knowledge* Familiarity with CRM or email marketing toolsJob LocationPhilippines#J-18808-Ljbffr
