Position titleJunior Campaign MangerDescriptionWe're looking for a **Junior Campaign Manager** to join our Manila-based team in a hybrid work setup. You'll support the launch and optimization of impactful campaigns that bring our offerings to life for millions of Filipinos.As our Junior Campaign Manager, you'll be involved in the end-to-end process of campaign execution across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective performance tracking.Responsibilities* **Campaign coordination** assist in end-to-end campaign execution, from creative handoffs to go-live checklists* **Merchant collaboration** coordinate with Merchant Account Managers to align on joint promotions and featured merchant offers* **Asset & content alignment** work with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and compelling* **Performance tracking** monitor results and help prepare post-campaign analysis to measure impact* **Calendar support** help maintain our marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns go out on time and in sync with broader plans* **QA & testing** support A/B tests, language variants, and message rendering across channels* **Documentation** maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortem reports to keep the team alignedQualifications* **Experience** 1 to 2 years in fintech or e-commerce industry* **Education** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field* **Mindset** proactive, eager to learn, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done* Strong organizational skills & attention to detail* Proficient in Adobe Suite & Canva* Basic HTML knowledge* Familiarity with CRM or email marketing toolsJob LocationPhilippines
