Position Summary
Supporting the research and upkeep efforts of data assets, including business contact and company records by reviewing, validating, and appending various attributes of data that will be fed back into core data systems and clients.
Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, which may include online databases, company web pages, search engine results, and other research methods. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and recency of the data collected.
• Data Validation: Utilize provided tools and resources to ensure attributes are acceptable for processing. This may involve manual validation, standardization, and removal of inconsistencies or errors.
• Record Analysis: Provide notation and commentary where data cannot be corroborated. Offer alternative approaches to improve overall quality or results, if available.
• Quality Control: Follow best practices to ensure that the highest degree of accuracy and reliability is applied to work. Make recommendations to improve best practices, if available
• Productivity: Cooperate with supervisor and team members to achieve daily targets and project objectives. Apply good task management strategies and share improvements with other members whenever possible
• Communication: Clearly communicate research findings and outcomes to colleagues or supervisors. Relay information in a clear and understandable manner in both written or verbal form
  

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”

• 0-2 years research, data, analytics
• Demonstrated communication skills using the English language - written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy - emails, spreadsheets, search engines, data entry.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Ability to work independently, at times with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and following methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work within given deadlines and to meet daily quotas.
• High degree of integrity and respect of culture and others within the workplace.
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products.
