Research Associate Role at Capvision

At Capvision, the Research Associate role involves expert selection and client collaboration in a hybrid work setup.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving success through expert selection and understanding client needs.
  2. Conducting industry research and executing sourcing strategies.
  3. Managing entire project scopes, including expert identification and client communication.
  4. Developing screening criteria and sourcing strategies for client briefs.
  5. Exercising discretion and independent judgment in business operations.
  6. Negotiating expert consultation rates and facilitating expert consultations.
  7. Managing international projects with Key Opinion Leaders and C-level executives.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-6 months of work or internship experience in relevant fields.
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
  • Motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work the US EST schedule.
  • Interest in consulting, professional services, sales, and/or recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary starting at PHP 25,000 + night differential + uncapped performance bonus.
  • 13th Month Pay.
