Digital Marketing Assistant – Real Estate Inside Sales Support

On-Site | Makati | Above Minimum Salary

Monday to Saturday | Entry-Level | Growth-Focused Role

Join our fast-paced team and help power lead generation and conversion for one of Makati’s rising real estate groups. This is not a passive desk job — this is a launchpad for high-performers.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided):
  • Manage and update CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Create and schedule social media and email content
  • Answer buyer and tenant inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Invite leads to in-person site viewings and ensure attendance
  • Support inside sales agents with lead follow-ups and online sales
  • Monitor Facebook Groups, Marketplace, and messages to engage with prospects
  • Report on lead performance and campaign results
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Groups, Marketplace, Meta Ads, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, and other basic marketing tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to digital marketing and CRM tools
Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience in digital marketing, sales, or real estate
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Background in customer service, online chat support, or call center work
