Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Listing Agent & Social Media Manager Company: La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. Position Type: Home-Based (Outside Metro Manila preferred) Start Date: Immediate Compensation: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 (with performance incentives) We are looking for a Virtual Assistant – Listing Agent with Marketing & Social Media skills to support our real estate team. This is a hybrid role combining property listing management, client coordination, and digital marketing. As a Listing Agent VA, you will: Generate leads and inquiries through property postings and online campaigns. Coordinate with landlords and property sellers to gather property details and requirements. Present and promote listings to potential buyers/tenants online. Manage and update property listings across portals and databases. Create marketing materials (flyers, posters, reels) using Canva . Edit short-form videos for property promotions using CapCut or similar tools. Manage company social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn): schedule content and engage with followers. Provide weekly reports on leads, listing activities, and social media performance. Qualifications Graduate of Marketing, Communication, or related field . Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and video editing . Experience in Social Media Management (posting, engagement, content strategy). Must own a laptop/PC, reliable Wi-Fi, and telephone/mobile phone . Preferably based outside Metro Manila (work-from-home). Strong communication skills (English & Filipino). Creative, self-driven, and with an entrepreneurial mindset. Available to start immediately .
