Job Description

The Residential Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for finding and winning new clients for the Residential Services of the company.

Overview

The Residential Leasing Negotiator is responsible for promoting lease and sales activities and securing new client partnerships for residential services.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and lead lease and sales of properties through advertisements, digital marketing, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Establish a strong network of potential clients and maintain good relationships with them
  • Present projects to prospective clients and explain the advantages of acquiring properties
  • Negotiate with clients on final settlement value, price, and payment schemes suited to the client's financial capacity
  • Guide clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service, including answering inquiries, follow-ups, timely updates, and end-to-end assistance from prospecting to after sales
  • Organize and submit documentary requirements and collect payments to ensure target sales bookings and client satisfaction
  • Gain feedback from clients to discuss needs and evaluate the quality of the company’s relationship with them
  • Be highly adaptable and amenable to flexible work schedules, including weekends and after office as necessary
  • Work as a team player with strong customer relation skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage; handling foreign clients is a plus but not required
  • Employees with sales background in brokerage, insurance, car, retail, and similar fields are encouraged to apply
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus, but not required
