Your Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 1/2 IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. Your role will be providing technical assistance and support to end‑users, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to higher‑level support when necessary. The Level 1/2 IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Remote IT helpdesk support of staff and vendors to resolve any issues, requests, and incidents. End‑user support (Level 1 and Level 2). Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount. Work with other IT departments and external vendors to identify and implement solutions to technical issues and system outages. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation to aid in the resolution of technical issues. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. What You Need – Non‑Negotiables 1‑3 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with common IT systems and software (MS Windows, M365, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, cloud apps). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
