Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities
  • Daily awareness and tracking of deadlines in Asana.
  • Send daily plans for the day and end of day summaries.
  • Complete bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Bookkeeping for Monthly reporting client
  • Follow up with clients who have not responded on project inquiries
  • Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts.
  • Review all reports related to the monthly closing process.
  • Submit and pay sales tax in multiple states.
  • Download and organize payroll tax returns for relevant clients.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
  • End-to-end accounting experience including but not limited to: Financial Statement Preparation, Accounts payable, Payroll entries, Accrual accounting
  • Handle multiple client accounts.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online and related software
  • Excellent at communicating and working with clients.
