Overview A growing finance brokerage, dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to its clients, seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team and support operations. Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and CRM. Manage document follow-ups with clients and lenders to ensure timely completion of applications. Organise, upload, and maintain documents in the CRM to ensure compliance and accessibility. Support the brokerage team with general administrative tasks as required. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality when handling client information. Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . Ability to work effectively during AEST business hours . Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Previous experience in an administrative or support role (finance or brokerage industry experience is advantageous but not required). Comfortable using CRMs, cloud storage, and standard office software (Word, Excel, email). Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
