We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, developing long-term relationships with key clients, and driving business growth through innovative ICT and technology solutions. Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with corporate and enterprise clients in the telecommunications, IT, or high-tech sectors . Identify business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate ICT solutions (e.g., data, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity). Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive account management and service coordination. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and product) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reviews, and proposals to management and clients. Maintain and update client records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, ICT, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate/enterprise sales or account management , preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology industries. Strong understanding of ICT and telecom products, including connectivity, data, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts effectively. Exceptional analytical, planning, and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
