Job Description :

• Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Merkle DACH Philippines; support TA objectives.
• Implement cost-effective recruitment programs aligned with corporate TA guidelines.
• Conduct thorough pre-screening of prospects.
• Maintain accurate TA processes (sourcing, selection, hiring).
• Develop research on recruitment issues and advise Line Management.
• Act as Talent Advisor to practice leads and hiring managers; drive hiring plans.

Qualifications :
