- Ensure all recruiting guidelines are met and best practices are executed.

Job Description :
- Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Merkle DACH Philippines; support TA objectives.
- Implement cost-effective recruitment programs aligned with corporate TA guidelines.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening of prospects.
- Maintain accurate TA processes (sourcing, selection, hiring).
- Develop research on recruitment issues and advise Line Management.
- Act as Talent Advisor to practice leads and hiring managers; drive hiring plans.
- Support budgeting and cost control; contribute to TA projects and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields; 4+ years in TA, recruitment or sourcing; IT/tech recruitment preferred but not required.
- Experience in multinational and matrix environments; stakeholder management outside the Philippines.
- Knowledge of Boolean/open web search techniques; proficient with ATS, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Soft skills :
- Fluent English; resilient, self-starter, team-first attitude.
- Strong organizational ability; negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Poise, confidence to interact with executives; emotional maturity.
- Ability to manage complex workload; high urgency; attention to detail.
- Must be open to hybrid work setup (once or twice a week in the office).
