Main Activities And Responsibilities Creative Direction and Brand Building: Own the creation, evolution, and guardianship of the brand’s visual identity and design system. Lead the development of scalable brand assets, guidelines, and creative standards to support consistent execution globally. Ensure design is leveraged as a strategic tool to strengthen brand presence across digital, print, events, and experiential channels. Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns that align with MicroSourcing’s Client and Employee Value Propositions. Leadership: Mentor and inspire in-house designers, set a high bar for creativity, craft, and execution. Provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of innovation and design excellence. Oversee design and creative execution for BAU activities and key projects. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy. Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding strategies through KPIs and adjust tactics as needed. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives. Act as a SME in brand strategy and design, providing guidance on visual identity. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align brand initiatives with business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for brand initiatives. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective brand strategies. Experience in digital marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate with creative teams and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Knowledge of brand governance and compliance across global markets. Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Qualifications and Typical Experience Relevant qualifications in brand management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within B2B technology or BPO sectors. Proven record of leading successful brand campaigns and initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation. Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and creative agencies. Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance management. Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the B2B technology or BPO industries. Experience with design and web tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, WordPress, etc. Other Positions and Requirements Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand vision and goals. Ability to travel for industry events, customer meetings, and internal team collaborations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
